Great fruity tea. Goes awesome with some honey but it is also just as good without it since it is not a bitter tea. I would go with honey to sweeten the tea because it will not only aid your health but it can aid your community if you buy local! My biggest suggestion is that you need to use the tea in a highly small perforated strainer. The particles of the tea are VERY small and I'm sure due to shipping they have been crushed even more. But when I used a highly complex strainer, I had virtually no particles in my tea.
As the side effects comes of weight loss, I believe nothing like this will work without healthy dieting and exercise. I would only suggest this on a diet stand point if you want a healthy alternative to sodas or very sweet drinks. Overall I would suggest it solely based on flavor.
