I love this Magnesium Oil. I have never used magnesium in oil form before but now I prefer it supplement based magnesium. I especially love this brand. It is super natural and has no odor whatsoever. Magnesium has really awesome benefits! Some them are : Helps Increase Energy, Calms Nerves & Anxiety, Helps With Digestion by Relieving Constipation, Relieves Muscle Aches and Spasms, Regulates Levels of Calcium, Potassium and Sodium, Important for Heart Health, Prevents Migraine Headaches, Helps Prevent Osteoporosis. Personally, it has really helped with my anxiety, muscle soreness, and sleeping problems. If you feel a burning sensation then I would try applying the oil in a different area. It should not burn. You shouldn't apply it in freshly shaven areas or sensitive areas.
