This is a great natural way to take the edge off of your headaches. It is not as powerful as taking advil or etc. but it really does take the edge off. I think it's great to cut down on all the headache medicine and give your liver a break. This is a great way to do that and even ease your stomach a bit cause medicine can thin out your stomach lining.
Of course like any other natural supplement give it a couple days, maybe even weeks to feel a difference. This is something that I believe would help on a daily basis if it is taken every day.
